Alvaria Simpson Jaquess' sunrise was on March 4, 1948 in Saint Louis, Missouri.

She earned an academic scholarship to Washington University after giving birth to her precious son, Lance, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degress.
Alvaria's professional life including working at Saint Louis City Hospital, McDonnell Douglas Health System, Saint Louis City Lambert International Airport and the Ferguson Florissant School District. She belonged to Who's Who in America, NFPA, and IPMA Professional Organizations.
Lawrence Jaquess captured her attention and they Wed on April 15, 1978. Lawrence brought four bonus children to the marriage: Bonita, Jacqueline, Darrin and Lee.
She enjoyed reading, cooking, sewing, and walking. Alvaria was very generous. When she was a teenager her Mother Gladys Simpson encouraged her to send greeting cards and enclosing two dollars from her allowance. This practice continues over many years and the amount increased when she started working.
Her grandchildren were especially importance to her, including Reiko (Anthony) and Kyra who lived St Louis. She visited her other grandchildren in Tennessee and Kentucky; attending all weddings, birth, and graduations.
She is survived by two sisters: Sibyl Johnson and Renita Clay and nieces, nephews, many cousins and many many friends.
Her beliefs in the Bible were evidenced by her faithful membership at Ebenezer Lutheran Church.
