Obituary

Betty Lou Seward (Turner) was born and raised in Forrest City (New Castle), Arkansas. After graduating from High School, she attended Iowa State University and later move to St. Louis, Missouri to attend Washington University.

Betty was the loving mother of one son, Ryan, and the eldest of 10 siblings. Luther, Willie, Michael, Larry, Linda, Diane, Kimberly, Patricia, Chantel (deceased) and Renell (deceased).

Until her health began to fail, Betty worked at People Health Center as a Medical Coder. She loved people (once you met her, you never forgot her and she never forgot you), plants and animals. And she loved to cook those, as she referred to them, “those good ol’ country meals.” Her favorite and what she was famous for was her “Beans & Cornbread!”

She leaves to cherish and carry on her memory, a myriad of cousins, nephews, friends, co-workers, and numerous others who will never forget her. We’re going to miss you Betty, but we know …you finished your race.

Lovingly,

Your Family
