Obituary

Brandi Tess Miller was born July 30th, 1984, to Mr. Thomas Earl and Irene (Johnson) Miller in St. Louis, Mo. He parents, aunt, and fur baby Tinky preceded her in death.

Brandi Tess was educated in the East Saint Louis School District 189, earning her high school diploma, and continued her education in healthcare by completing training and becoming a Certified Home Health Care worker. Through her work with Easterseals, she touched countless lives with care, patience, and dedication.

Brandi Tess was baptized as a young child by the late Rev. Dr. John H. Rouse at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church. As an adult, she chose to be baptized again, recommitting herself to Jesus Christ at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Curtis E. Levingston.

Brandi Tess was a passionate, strong-willed, and deeply loving woman whose spirit radiated compassion to everyone she met. She embraced life with a vibrant, joyful spirit. She cherished every moment spent with her fur babies, her family, and her friends. She found sisterhood and pride in being a member of "Sistarz Over everything" (SOE), and she was honored to be welcomed into Da House of Ooh Wee, lovingly and affectionately calling T-Baby (Terra Jenkins) her "Momma".

Brandi Tess loved cooking, traveling, dancing, and singing, but her greatest passion was serving as a professional talent manager and using her wide social media reach to uplift emerging African American businesses and anyone in need. Her energy, creativity, and unwavering dedication left a lasting impact on everyone around her. When her health began to fail, she never missed a moment to enjoy life and do thank the Lord for another day's journey

Brandi Tess had an enthusiasm for life and never gave up, even until her last breath. She peacefully passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, surrounded by those whom she loved.
