Regina Ann Hill was born October 14, 1955 in St. Louis Missouri. She was the third child to the late Ernest and Mary Louise Hill, who proceeded her in death. Regina passed away on Wednesday November 5, 2025 at the age of seventy years old after a very long illness.

In the late 1950's, Regina began her journey with Christ at an early age and was Baptized and a member of The Antioch Baptist Church of St. Louis, Missouri under the direction of the Late Rev James Cook. Later years she joined The King's Way Baptist Church of St. Louis, Missouri, under the direction of Pastor Rue Damon J. Powells.

She received her education at St. Louis Public Schools and graduated from Sumner High School, class of 1974. Regina attended Howard University in Washington D.C., where she completed her freshman year of college. She transferred to Culver Stockton College in Canton, Missouri, where she began her sophomore year. Regina graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 1978. In later years, she received her Masters Degree. While at Culver Stockton she became a member of The Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

In 1978, Regina found employment with the Chicago Transit Authority, until her disability. She also served as a Union Representative.

Regina leaves to cherish in her memory, husband Raymond Allen; three stepdaughters and Grandchildren; two sisters Linda and Clarice Hill and two brothers Ernest and Eric Hill (Trish); seven nieces, one great niece and five great nephews and a host of cousins and friends.
