Supearl
Banks
Aug 23, 1930 — Jul 26, 2026
Supreal Graden Banks was born on August 23, 1930, in St. Louis, Missouri. She was the youngest of five children born to the late Thomas and Ellen Graden. Married to Raymond Bank 1948 who preceded her in death.
Supreal was educated in the St. Louis Public School System, attending Marshall Elementary School and later Sumner High School. She was a hardworking and devoted woman who dedicated many years of her life to her profession as a cook before retiring.
As a loving mother, Supreal was the proud parent of six children three preceded her death: Diane, Donald & David. She was a “force” to be reckoned with when it came to caring for and protecting her children, always placing their needs above her own as they grew up.
Supreal found great joy in cooking for her family, babysitting her many grandchildren, reading, working puzzles and playing board games. As time passed, she devoted more of her life to herself and her relationship with the Lord, embracing each day with faith and gratitude.
Supreal was a faithful member of Mount Herald Missionary Baptist Church. She joined through the encouragement of her close friend, Charlotte Smith, whom she met while participating in a senior walking group. She attended church faithfully until her health no longer allowed her to do so.
On Sunday, July 26, 2026, Supreal peacefully departed this life and entered into eternal rest “Well done, good and faithful servant “ -Matthew 25:23
Her beautiful life will forever be cherished by her children. Anthony (Angela), Henrene and Denise; A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren,great-great grandchildren and many extended family members and friends, whom she lovingly considered family. Her legacy of love, strength, faith, and devotion will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
